The Top 40 Hits of 100 Years: 1900 to 1999, with emphasis on the baby boomer years, 1955 to 1979. Crank it up!

Another part of my vast collection includes those great radio station jingles from the 50′s, 60′s and 70′s from all over the United States, in cities big and small. You may even hear a jingle from a station you used to listen to!

In addition to the hits of 100 years, you’ll hear inspirational music from the 20th century’s popular artists.

Laugh and sing along to the fun novelty songs throughout the day!

Don’t touch that dial!

Listen for T V memories from the 20th century.

Welcome to “The 20th Century Soundtrack”

An ever unfoldng journey through a hundred years of the sounds that were heard off and on the radio between 1900 and 1999. Music, classic commercials, news sound bites, plus lots of audio surprises from my enormous collection of a fourty-plus year radio career. The music focuses on the Baby Boomers born between 1946 and 1964. So I’ve highlighted the musical period from 1955 to 1979 as the favorites of this generation. Then I mix in the music of the rest of the century. “You never know what you’re gonna hear next!” I’m always adding more music to the library. There’s lots to see on my website, too! “The Fun Places To Visit” really IS fun! And you can listen to The 20th Century Soundtrack while you poke around. There’s places you can leave comments, make a request, donate to the cause or even contact me directly on the studio phone.

So get pokin’! And have a groovilicious day….
Steve
